I posted on my journal that I got a fitness assessment done and I'm pretty happy with my results. They said I should work on strength training and flexibility. I can't see myself lifting weights - I can't trick my brain into thinking I'm doing that for fun. But at least my DansKinetics class started up again - so I will be getting some flexibility training in.
