Goals this week: Back on track!
Moving and the first ren fest are not conducive to eating healthy. I tend to snack in the workshop, and when I eat at the faires, i generally eat too much of the wrong stuff. Getting back to TKD this week, getting back on the healthy food wagon, and re-establishing my work routines after the recent shake-ups will get me back on the right path.
